نشر السيد حيدر الديوان رئيس قسم التقنيات المدنية في المعهد التقني البصرة بحثاً علمياً في مجلة علمية مصنفة ضمن الربع الاول Q1 في مستوعبات سكوبس ، علماً ان النشر تم بالتعاون مع باحثين من جامعتي بغداد والكوفة.
